Note from the Pastor...
My dad used to say, "If it seems too good to be true then it probably is." In most cases I agree with my dad. There is one exception I would like to point out. That exception is God loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for the sake of our sins. You see, God desires for us all to be with Him in heaven one day, but we must receive the gift of salvation that is offered to us. Seem "too good to be true"? Well, it's not!! Salvation is just as easy your A-B-C's.

"A" = Admit that you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 states that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
"B" = Believe that Jesus is the Son of God. In John 3:16, Christ said that "God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life."
"C" = Confess. In Romans 10:9, we read that "if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." |
